Honeywell Home's ElitePRO S1200 Smart Thermostat features a 5-inch touchscreen to help control advanced indoor air quality (IAQ), including humidity, and VOC and estimated CO2 levels. An occupancy detection features adjusts temperatures automatically when the house is empty, maximizing comfort and reducing energy use while away.

The unit connects with First Alert and Ring doorbells, letting homeowners talk with visitors at the front door through the device. Users receive alerts and updates through the First Alert app on their personal devices. Installation is simplified through the included equipment interface module (EIM).

The Energy Star-certified thermostat handles up to 4K/2C heat pumps or 3K/3C conventional.
