On this episode of The Weekly, TrueNorth Development President Scott Sedam lays out a six-week process for builders to significantly cut their building costs.
Sedam uses a Lean Strategy that he describes as a science, culture, disciple, and a set of tools directed toward the destruction of waste in all forms.
