The Builders Industry Association of Central Ohio (BIA) awarded Dave Brown, president of Regent Homes, the 2013 Irving E. Schottenstein Builder of the Year Award.
This award is given each year to the homebuilder who encourages the American dream of home ownership while maintaining professional excellence and the standards of the BIA. The winner is elected by a committee. Regent Homes has previously been awarded the Next Generation Builder award twice by the BIA.
Brown, former 2012 president and current active member of the BIA, is a member of the Builder 20 Club and volunteers his time to improve the field of homebuilding while sustaining his reputation and customer service among his Regent Homes buyers.
