Shinn Group's 2024 Achievement Awards Winners

On April 23, during the 2024 Executive Summit, Shinn Group, a management consulting and education firm for home builders, recognized five home builders for their commitment to excellence with awards highlighting several different areas of focus, including business management, trade relations, customer satisfaction, and company culture. 

Among the honors awarded was the Lee Evans Award for Management Excellence, won by custom builder Castle Homes of Brentwood, Tenn. 

The Builder of Choice Award, which recognizes home builders for their success in managing trade and supplier relationships, went to Beechen and Dill Homes, in Burr Ridge, Ill., which also won the Customer Satisfaction Award.

Other awardees included GreenTech Homes, in Chattanooga, Tenn., and Isenhour Homes, in Winston-Salem, N.C., while the Pinnacle of Management Excellence Award went to Robert (Bob) Snyder of Snyder Homes, in Shelburne, Vt., in honor of his lifetime achievement in superior management practices and visionary leadership.
