Simpson Strong-Tie is asking its customers and social media followers to participate in a six-week Building It Forward campaign, which supports the work of Habitat for Humanity in building safe and affordable housing.

The company is asking its followers to submit project photos on Instagram using Simpson Strong-Tie products and including the hashtag #strongtiegives. For every project photo submitted, Simpson Strong-Tie will donate $250 to Habitat for Humanity International, to a total of $25,000. There is a limit of one submission per person, and photos are due by September 5, 2023, the company said in a recent press release.

“Give Back is one of our company’s core values, so we’re incredibly proud of our longstanding partnership with Habitat and local Habitat affiliates,” says Simpson Strong-Tie President and CEO Mike Olosky. “This campaign is another opportunity to bring visibility to the work they do and how Simpson Strong-Tie products help in their mission to build homes that are resilient and affordable.”
