Survey says what Millennials want most in a home is proximity

MarketWatch cites studies done by Realtor.com and Redfin that describe what Millennials look for if they want to purchase a home.
 
A whopping 92 percent of the Millennial respondents say that they want to purchase a home in the future, and Redfin’s analysis states that their needs and wants will shape the future of the housing and mortgage industries based on their numbers. Census data shows that this age group prefers living close to everything they need such as transportation, work, coffee shops, and bars. Another item on their wish list is an energy-efficient home with connectivity.
