July 18, 2016

Wednesday, August 3, 2016
2:00 pm – 3:00 pm Eastern

Webinar Overview:
Seen by more attendees each year than any other home in the country, The New American Home showcases innovative materials, forward-thinking design, and smart technology. This webinar, a follow-up to
Get Sustainable, Get Smart offers attendees a chance to gain behind-the-scenes knowledge about the home from those who built it.

Information shared will include integrating smart-home technology into a home in order to enhance energy efficiency, improve convenience, and maximize comfort. Along with gaining inspiration for how to apply innovations to the homes they build, attendees will learn new ideas for balancing market-driven design with leading-edge technology.

Presented by Element Design | Build

Element Design | Build is in the business of transforming clients’ vision into reality, catering to them every step of the way, from conceptual design to move-in. In undertaking a project as ambitious as a client’s dream home, it is imperative that all members of the design and construction teams are in close collaboration, and Element Design | Build provides that holistic, in-house meticulousness. When first starting out, they identified a deficit of quality in custom homes in the Las Vegas area, and made it their mission to strive for nothing less than perfection.

Speakers:

Josh Anderson
Owner
Element Design | Build.

Josh Anderson is owner of Element | Design Build, a custom home builder in the Southern Nevada marketplace. Cutting his teeth in the Las Vegas boom economy left Josh feeling that there had to be more to building homes than turning out production houses one after another. He wanted to create something unique and turned this desire into a business model that delivers a homeowner experience that surpasses expectation. He has done this for his own customers for several years now, but took it a step farther by taking on the construction of the New American Home for the NAHB’s International Builders’ Show in 2014 and 2016.

Dan Ross
Director of Business Development
Savant

Dan Ross joined Savant in 2010 and has worked nationally bringing the Savant brand to both the luxury and mid-markets. With over 12 years of experience in the home technology segment today Dan works with the nation’s top builders and developers across the country creating unique lifestyle experiences that differentiates each new community or development. As home automation has become accepted and expected in new homes Dan can assist in creating a solution that fit’s any type of project.
