North Texas homebuilder Impression Homes has agreed to sell 51 percent of its interest to Misawa Homes America. The company, which is a subsidiary of Misawa Homes Co., plans to purchase Impression Homes in full over time. Impression Homes has established itself in the first-time and move-up buyer markets in Dallas-Fort Worth. It’s set to close 580 homes in 2018, which is a 40 percent growth increase from last year.
