For a look inspired by primitive tiles created by earth, fire, and minerals, each tile in Clé’s Eastern Earthenware collection is hand-formed from rustic terra-cotta and fired in a traditional kiln. According to the manufacturer, the uneven firing temperatures help produce lustrous variations in the glazes. The collection has 25 variegated colors curated by Clé founder and creative director Deborah Osburn, with options including oranges, pinks, teals, blues, greens, and creams. The 4-inch square tiles can be installed on floors and walls both indoors and outside.
