Did you earn more than $25 million in revenue 2025 from for-sale and for-rent new-home closings and completions?

Would you like to be recognized as one of the leading home builders in the country?

If so, your responses to the 2026 Pro Builder Top 200 survey will place you in our annual rankings of U.S. home builders and provide valuable insights into the state of the housing industry.

The rankings and results will be published in the May/June 2026 issue of Pro Builder magazine, with bonus content online at probuilder.com.

Important Stuff to Know:

You can start and return to complete your survey as many times as needed using the same browser and URL, even if you close the browser window. 

However, the best approach is to follow these steps:

1. Download the blank version of the survey in Excel (posted below);
2. Use the Excel version to gather and confirm your data;
3. Use the completed Excel version to input, complete, and submit the online survey below

Also:

• Please complete only one (1) survey for your company to ensure accurate reporting and ranking.
• If you choose not to answer a required question, simply put 0 (zero) in the box.

Only completed online surveys will be included in the 2026 Top 200 rankings.
