Warming Drawer | Viking

Designed to keep food warm before serving, Viking’s new warming drawer has temperature settings between 90º F for foods such as bread and 250º F for hot soups and sauces. The unit has a recessed digital control with a timer, preset temperature settings, manual temperature toggle, moisture selector, Sabbath mode, and a four-hour shutoff. The drawer is 30 inches wide and comes in seven finishes, including stainless steel. A pan lid accessory set made of heavy-gauge stainless steel is available.
