The ZipUp Ceiling and Underdeck System is a hurricane-wind–tested option for finishing the underside of raised decks to create dry space underneath. The ceiling is made from pliable, lightweight PVC components and meets every Florida standard for static and cyclic load tests of hurricane-strength winds, the manufacturer says. It also carries a Class A fire rating. Interlocking PVC components are engineered to easily fit together while creating a watertight barrier that channels water from above to a gutter system. Three finishes are available: Sand Pebble, Serrated, and Smooth, in white or beige. The main rails and panels are available in 12- and 16-foot lengths.
