2017 Aurora Awards: Kitchen And Bath

August 4, 2017
Guminski

Winners were named in various kitchen and bath categories at the 2017 Aurora Awards.

The Guminski went from a dated 1980s condo kitchen to a modern space with Calacutta Marble slab, quartz counters, and Irpina cabinets. Inspired by the colors of the sea, Little Harbour Haven worked in dusty blue colors into the kitchen, along with white marble, walnut cabinetry, and high-end appliances. The kitchen at the 450 Northwind Road residence at the Lake Maitland Owl Preserve has draft-gas cooktops, hidden pantries, two islands, and lineal ceiling detail for more height. The bath at the modern waterfront CompassHaus has a floor-to-ceiling window with impact-resistant glass, bamboo cabinetry, and water sense fixtures.
