Zillow released a list of four financial issues that Americans are facing today.
Rents are rising faster than incomes in the U.S., and many millennials are expected to buy a home in 2015 in order to avoid paying increasingly high rents. Zillow said that there are others who will opt for a roommate to share the cost of rent. When it comes to employment, approximately 34 percent of the workforce are freelancers, a trend being driven by many companies. Americans delaying retirement and changes in the stock market are also financial trends expected this year.
