Realtor Mag calls out a few U.S. metros where one can still enjoy the perks of city life without breaking the budget.

First on the list is Memphis, Tenn., where the median home value is $98,300 and the cost of living is 14.6 percent below the U.S. average. The next two metro areas, making the list’s top three, are Columbus, Ohio, and Omaha, Neb., where the median home values are $134,900 and $132,900 respectively.
