Wells Fargo released a list of housing predictions for 2015, and said this year will be a year of change for the housing market.
Analysts at Wells Fargo believe the new year will bring movement toward housing finance reform but there won’t be any progress made toward a single-agency security. Wells Fargo also said that it doesn’t see significant changes to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac coming before the next five to seven years. Analysts predict that GSE risk sharing will expand in 2015 and single-family rental bonds will grow.
