The National Association of Home Builders’ 35th annual New American Home, an 8,200-square-foot custom spec house in the south hills of the Las Vegas Valley designed and built by Sun West Custom Homes, melds luxury-level comfort with convenience and efficiency—traits evident in the home’s kitchens and baths. While each space is unique in its experience, common threads run through the designs: surface selections, bold colors, ample space and storage, and an “architecture-as-art” flair—a favorite tactic of designer and Sun West Custom Homes president Dan Coletti.

This is the third in a series about The New American Home 2019. Previous coverage was included in our January and February 2019 issues of Pro Builder.
