Here are some interesting results from a 2011 survey by the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program.

My organization is flexible and can make changes quickly when needed 46%
My organization removes things that get in the way of progress 33%
These are not strong results for these important issues!
The real question is what results would you get if this survey was conducted at your company? Guessing doesn’t count!
