Aug. 10, 2011

Here are some interesting results from a 2011 survey by the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program.

% Agree or Strongly Agree
As it plans for the future my organization asks for my ideas 49%
My organization is flexible and can make changes quickly when needed 46%
My organization removes things that get in the way of progress 33%
These are not strong results for these important issues!
The real question is what results would you get if this survey was conducted at your company? Guessing doesn’t count!
Are YOU really removing things that get in the way of progress?
