The NAR offers a brief overview of employment conditions across the country today: job growth rates are running roughly twice as fast as the national average in North Dakota, Texas, Utah, Nevada, and Delaware, while Alaska, New Mexico, Nebraska, Connecticut, and Illinois are adding jobs are a slower pace. When it comes to real estate, the report found that realtors are busier in areas with robust job creation.
