According to a new analysis by Zillow, the median waterfront house in the U.S. is valued at $360,900, compared to the median non-waterfront single-family home price at $171,600.

Zillow explains the prices in a graphic that depicts how many non-waterfront homes one could buy in a city with the price of one waterfront property. Also included is a link to the larger report covering 250 cities.
