AHV Communities practically invented the business model for single-family built-for-rent communities, and on this installment of HorizonTV, Founder and CEO Mark Wolf cautions against an overheating of that segment by inexperienced players.
“There’s a lot of people rushing into this head first,” says Wolf. “We’re maturing at an exponential rate as an industry, as a subset of multifamily, this is absolutely a hockey stick of market maturation. I believe there’s a lot of room for what we do and for competitors.”
