A recent study done by Zillow Real Estate Research revealed that more than half of 18-34-year-old respondents said they expect to buy a home in 1 to 2 years or 3 to 5 years.
Moreover, more than 80 percent of young adult renters said they are “confident” or “somewhat confident” that they will eventually be able to afford a home. The data hints that millennials may have a more conventional view on homeownership than older genderations based on the Zillow Housing Confidence Index.
