HTP Duo Boiler

Elite Ultra Duo boilers from HTP feature stainless steel dual heat exchangers that generate up to 399,000 Btu/h from a small footprint. HTP guarantees energy savings for the units, which deliver up to 96% annualized fuel utilization efficiency (AFUE) and limit short cycling for more efficient energy consumption. Zoned Comfort Solutions From Mitsubishi

Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US (METUS) recently introduced its newest Smart Multi lineup, which consists of the MXZ-SM outdoor unit (shown), the MXZ branch box, and various M-Series, P-Series, and City Multi indoor units. The Smart Multi MXZ-SM outdoor unit is available in 36, 42, 48, and 60 KBtu/h capacities, and several units are offered with hyper-heating inverter (H2i) technology, which enables cold-climate heating performance at temperatures down to –13° F. The MXZ-SM operates at a quiet 50 dB, and system efficiency ratings include SEER up to 23.0 and HSPF up to 12.5. Allied Air’s Lynx 18 Inverter heat pump works with most conventional 24-volt thermostats and is adaptable with a range of system matches rated and approved by the Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute, which tests and certifies HVACR and water heating equipment for performance and energy efficiency. The unit uses a patented QuickLink Inverter Technology with intelligent algorithms to deliver temperature control with a wide range of indoor distribution equipment. The heat pump has ratings up to 18 SEER and 10 HSPF (heating seasonal performance factor) with quiet operation that produces less than half the sound of a traditional 14 SEER single-stage heat pump, according to the manufacturer. Click for more info

Greenheck Energy Recovery Ventilators

Greenheck’s four new residential energy recovery ventilators (ERVs) provide balanced ventilation to improve energy efficiency and indoor air quality. Assure120 and Sync110 (shown) offer a 50-to-130 cfm operational range with a compact design for small spaces. Sync110’s variable-speed technology reacts to increased static pressure by boosting its speed to ensure healthy airflow. Sync180 has a 75-to-200 cfm operational range with an SRE (sensible recovery efficiency) rating of 84%, while Sync270 offers a 75-to-280 cfm range with an SRE rating of 77%. Click for more info
