Mortgage-rate lock fears are overblown, NAR chief says

The National Association of Realtors’ chief economist Lawrence Yun says not to assume homeowners won’t sell because of their low interest rates. NAR research shows 70 percent of homeowners sell their house for reasons having nothing to do with financial calculations.
