Fast Company reports that “housing first” policies in Utah and Boston have been proven to save the government money – and a U.K. company is now trying to make the process even cheaper.
By using 3-D printing, the London-based development company CNSTRCTN wants to speed up the construction process for public projects that provide homes to the homeless. “It’s proven to be able to build a house per day,” the company’s owner, Fabian Jean-Baptiste, tells Fast Company.
