Atlanta’s Housing Market Boosted by Job Growth

According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, the Atlanta region is showing strong increases in single-family home permits.

Real estate research has found that jobs in Atlanta increased by 67,400 positions, a 2.6 percent increase year-over-year.

Simultaneously, Atlanta ranked number three for single-family building permits, and foreclosure activity has hit a twelve year low.
