The Sweet Spot Between Opportunity and Affordability

Zillow shares the cities that fall in its “sweet spot,” meaning they have good job opportunities and affordable housing.

Of the 287 nationwide metros included in their study, 52 fell under the sweet spot, including Dallas, Houston, and Atlanta.

Markets with the worst of both worlds, a bad job market and expensive housing, include Roanoke, Va., and Atlantic City, N.J.
