Home Renovation Rate Should Stabilize by Year’s End

A study by Harvard’s Joint Center for Housing Studies suggest that by the end of 2015, remodeling activity will gain a little more traction after a slow start.

According to JCHS research analyst Abbe Will, one of the largest contributors to the dampening of remodeling growth in 2015 is the sluggish existing home sales activity last year.
