Rising Rates Won’t Slam Builders This Time
Research from Morgan Stanley predicts that the interest rate hike around the corner won’t hit builders as hard as it did in 2013, MarketWatch reports.
The three main factors why builders will do better this year include a stronger economy, home-price growth no longer in the double-digits, and because builder stocks are relatively cheap compared to what they were in 2013.
