Studies by Realtor.com suggest that Millennials are not actually a “generation of renters.”
Around 65 percent of Americans aged 21 to 34 spent time on real estate websites and apps in August, an analysis by Realtor.com Chief Economist Jonathan Smoke found.
The markets where Millennials account for 44 percent to 59 percent of all purchased mortgages are: Shreveport, La., New Orleans, La., Clarksville, Tenn., Madison, Wis., and Grand Rapids, Mich.
