New Home Sales Growth Slows Down Going Into Winter

Even though the new home market faces a chronic shortage of inventory and robust demand from buyers, October sales declined 1.9 percent from September, according to the latest U.S. Census figures. Zillow reports that sales of new homes have struggled to break out of the 560,000 to 580,000 range since April.
