Renters are getting pushed to their limits

Renters have hit the threshold of what they are able to pay for apartments as the pace of rising rents is slowing down in the nation’s most expensive cities. More renters also are moving farther away to longer commutes as they get priced out of markets like San Francisco and Seattle. Realtor.com reports on the new hot spots for rising rents as a result of that movement.
