Builders Report Labor Shortages Across All Occupations

According to NAHB, nearly three quarters of builders reported shortages of rough, finished and framing carpenters in the most recent NAHB/Wells Fargo Housing Market Index (HMI) survey.
More than half of builders also indicated the lack of concrete workers, drywall installation workers, roofers, plumbers, painters, electricians, and bricklayers and masons.
