Housing Experts Offer Predictions for 2015

The National Association of Realtors said it expects continued improvement in the housing market despite slow growth of home sales in 2014.

After an off year for the housing market’s recovery, the National Association of Realtors released a compilation of expectations for 2015.

Some of the things experts are predicting for the housing market in the coming year include a gain in home prices, a decrease in affordability, an increase in interest rates, and Millennials becoming the dominant homebuying force.
