On HorizonTV this week, three builders share their techniques for syncing homebuyer expectations with what they’re actually going to get.

Peter Sciarretta, CEO of Hemingway Fine Homes, says he hits the road with clients to share completed projects, their cost per square foot, and how that might translate into the buyer’s budget and design needs.

“Instead of talking about it and Googling it and webbing it—which is very important, I’m not diminishing that at all—I’m saying sometimes they just got to touch, feel, and see it,” says Sciarreta.
