Inner City Home Prices Are Enjoying a Rebirth

Despite what has been said in the presidential debates, home values in many inner cities have recovered.

Redfin reports that the median price per square foot of homes sold in the inner cities of 31 major metro areas jumped 52 percent over the last six years and even outpaced the growth in the surrounding metro areas by 18 percentage points.
