Job Growth is a Good Sign for Housing

Last year was strong for employment growth, as the economy added 292,000 jobs in December. The economy is looking solid: 2015 was the second-straight year with positive job creation, and wages are up 2.5 percent from a year ago.

All this bodes well for housing, according to Forbes.

Builders added 93,000 jobs over November and December, and workers are putting in longer hours.
