John Paulson Cashes In on His Recession-Era Land Grab

According to Bloomberg Business, Hedge Fund manager John Paulson, known for betting millions on lots during the recession, is now reaping gains.

Last year, he shifted toward selling some of the 35,000 lots his firm Paulson & Co. acquired since 2009. The company had invested $770 million in these lots, mostly bought out of bankruptcies or other distressed sales.
