For the entire county, there were 1,410 single-family homes sold, with a median price of $588,000, and a 4.1 percent annual price gain. For condos, 592 were sold in January, with a median price of $412,000, and year-over-year growth of 5 basis points, The Los Angeles Times reports.
January home prices median home prices by neighborhood and ZIP code, compared with 2018. The information, compiled by CoreLogic, is derived from official San Diego County records and includes nearly all sales. The median price is the midpoint of home values, with half being above and half below the listed number.
