With the kitchen now becoming the epicenter of entertaining and relaxing at home, builders should consider adding back-kitchens to hide the mess.
That’s one tip from Colorado-based KGA Studio, which listed 10 design trends for new-homes in a two part series.
Other trends that will attract buyers to new homes include spacious showers with spa-like features. And adding a zero-threshold entry to the shower will also win the favor of the 55+ market.
