In the ongoing quest to recruit the best and brightest, leading home builders this spring are scouring the ranks of construction management schools in search of the likes of Ethan Foster. Foster, who graduates this month from the University of Denver’s Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management, has just the kind of résumé that gets noticed.
A construction vice president for a student practicum that is building a home with the assistance of Denver-based Oakwood Homes, Foster has yet to settle on his plans after graduation.
