The National Association of Home Builders’ International Builders’ Show (IBS) returns to Las Vegas in 2024 to showcase the best in residential construction, Feb. 27-29. This year’s theme is “All Homes Start Here” because IBS is the place where all the newest ideas, products, techniques, and professionals come together to move the home building industry forward.

Many of you already know the value of spending a few days in the desert with tens of thousands of your closest home building friends and getting access to an astonishing number of new product launches, construction demos, industry thought-leader sessions, workshops, panel discussions, and more at the Builders’ Show. IBS is your place, it’s your thing, it’s what gives you a leg up on your competitors every year. IBS is a big deal because home building is a big deal.

But maybe some of you are still unsure about your plans for late February ’24. If you’re reading this, you’re already committed to growing your business, and you believe in the power of learning from the best of the best in this industry. Attending IBS is the next step, your opportunity to take your career to the next level.

What to expect from IBS education: Always an attendee favorite, IBS education sessions are unrivaled sources of knowledge and know-how in residential construction. The 2024 program will be no exception, offering real-world, game-changing ideas you can implement in your business.

New this year, we will be offering encore sessions for the most well-attended, must-see courses and adding more time slots to make it easier for you to engage with as much educational content as possible. We’ll also introduce building science and remodeling symposiums that will dive deep into some of today’s most relevant topics.

Builders’ Show exhibits: The IBS exhibit floor, spanning all four halls of the Las Vegas Convention Center, showcases products, materials, techniques, and technologies to keep your business on the cutting edge. In addition to our traditional zones, 2024 will also group similar products and technologies into sections to streamline your time on the show floor.

And the outdoor exhibits, which include the 30th annual Pro Builder Show Village, offer a great opportunity to network (outside in February, because it’s Vegas!) while touring demonstration homes and experiencing interactive programming and new products.

When the day is done: As you know, it’s not all business in Vegas. After your day of learning, talking, and walking the show floor, head to the Official IBS House Party—the largest official Builders’ Show networking event—to have a cocktail, dance, and kick back with old and new friends.

On the second night of IBS, professionals under 40 can head to the IBS Young Pro Party to close out a great day … or start off a fabulous night! For those not in that under-40 group, don’t fret, you and your experienced friends and coworkers can enjoy a night on the Strip, at a show, or at any one of Vegas’ fabulous dining options. And on the last night of the Show, head to the Closing Concert to celebrate all you’ve accomplished in three short days.

It’s essential to be at the Show: There is so much to do and learn at IBS. Register now; this is the first step toward putting yourself and your business at the front of the pack. You don’t want to miss it. Register early for the best deals.
