Making its official debut at this year's International Builders' Show (IBS) in February, The New American Home is a custom-built, single-level luxury house of more than 7,000 square feet located in the custom-home community of Ascaya, in Henderson, Nev. The home boasts stunning views of the Las Vegas skyline and is designed to provide its occupants with abundant opportunities for outdoor living, creating a resort lifestyle feel at home.

This year's show house is the 41st edition of The New American Home. The project contains a total of four bedrooms, four baths and a half-bath, a two-car garage, and a handsome casita that provides an additional bedroom and bathroom. The home is designed and built to be net zero and to achieve certifications including Energy Star, the Department of Energy's Zero Energy Ready, and the National Green Building Standard’s highest rating, Emerald.
