Relying on Air Conditioning is a Symptom of Bad Design

New homes built in the U.S. today are very different than they were in the last century. According to the Mother Nature Network, “house design has become totally disconnected from climate and location.”

One reason for this is central air conditioning. However, this means that the United States uses more energy for air conditioning “than 1 billion people in Africa use for everything,” Mother Nature Network reports.
