Connected by Cat5 cable connections between the monitor and up to two door cameras, NuTone's Video Door Answering system features an under-the-counter, 7-inch LCD panel with built-in television and AM/FM radio tuners. Majestic Fireplaces
With herringbone firebrick panels and 28-inch openings, Majestic Fireplaces' UVSRC36A and UVSRC42A gas fireboxes have a vent-free design and provide the minimal clearance requirements for installation flexibility. The units can be custom-finished to match any décor. The fireboxes accommodate any optional vent-free gas logs made by the company.

Schlage
The electronic keypad locks and deadbolts from Schlage, a division of Ingersoll Rand Security, feature a four-digit code system on a blue LED-lit keypad. The owner has two preprogrammed access codes and can store an additional 17 codes. The line has eight finishes in two different designs and runs on a nine-volt battery.

Delta Faucet Co.
The Allora pull-down spray kitchen faucet from Delta Faucet Co. features the company's magnetic closure that engages the wand to its docked position. Available in both kitchen and smaller bar/prep models, Allora's kitchen model features a pull-down wand that switches from stream to spray with the click of a button, while the bar/prep's version has a stream-only function.

Whirlpool
Dishwashers from Whirlpool now feature the company's 6th Sense Program, which washes dishes at a constant optimal temperature. The units automatically sense how dirty the water is and adjust the cycle temperature to between 104 degrees and 158 degrees Fahrenheit, depending on the load. The anti-bacterial option ensures dishes are hygienic.
