Housing’s Price and Supply Push-Pull Sensitivity

Home prices have been rising steadily for more than two years, but supply remains a concern among housing experts, CNBC reports.

Potential buyers are putting intense scrutiny on home values in the post-housing crash era, which means buyers this spring season will be even more sensitive to price.

As an exercise to demonstrate how hard judging home values can be, CNBC real estate contributor Dolly Lenz will challenge CNBC anchors throughout the day with a “Guess the Price” game, where anchors have to guess which of the three listed homes cost $1 million.
