The U, a Wi-Fi–connected shower from Moen, features a digital valve that allows temperatures between 60° F and 120° F. A 5-inch LCD screen changes color based on the shower’s status, whether it’s warming up or cooling down. A smartphone app has up to 12 personalized presets and lets users turn on the shower, change temperature, pause water flow, and set timers. The U connects up to four shower devices (such as showerheads, handshowers, and body sprays), and has a backup battery.
