Who's more likely to be a homeowner, someone with a lot of student debt, or someone with no student debt but no college education?
Real estate blogger Nick Timiraos analyzes a report researched by Federal Reserve economists about how student loan debt affects the housing industry. The resulting data reflects other research that has found homeownership rates declined more for adults with student loans, and the gap between those with student debt and without is narrowing. But looking at adults without student debt without looking at whether they have college education could tell a different story.
