Properties for sale in Colorado, Alaska, and Washington, D.C. were typically sold within a month, a new survey found.

The REALTORS Confidence Index Survey Report asked members how long the last house they sold was on the market. The report took into account homes sold in February.

The national average for properties sold in February was 59 days on the market, down from 64 in January and 62 in February 2015.
