Outside magazine ranks the 16 best U.S. places to “work, run, eat, sail, paddle, drink, ride, and climb” in America.
Topping the list—for the second time in a row—is Chattanooga, Tenn., which the magazine called “a southern gem that surprised us once again.”
Also on the list are Annapolis, Md., Flagstaff, Ariz., and Eau Claire, Wisc.
